We all love a good yarn, but there’s yarn, and there’s yarn. When we came across Bemboka on a whistle stop trip to Sydney recently it was with a sharp intake of breath and long exhale of ooooh. OMG, we’ve just died and gone to piggie, cow and little lambkin heaven. A heaven of tender grain fed eye fillet beef, moist Kurobuta Berkshire Pork loins and juicy frenched lamb racks. This carnivore heaven is actually the most astounding butcher we’ve ever seen, Victor Churchill, sitting on a tree-lined street in the zhushy suburb of Woollahra in Sydney, Australia.
