The joys of travelling with precious burdens...
Baggage rage, its all the rage!
Ahh, the ever-dulcet tones of a puce-faced Alex at check-in, as Jemima cries softly into her pashmina lightly flecked in baby vom and talcum powder. The lemon-lipped groundstaff stare inanely back at the veritable mountain range luggage and bags of baby gear without which twin precious burdens Sebastian and Solange, now busy filling their nappies, would surely perish. Travel with the fam is often far from glam, or easy, or serene… Until now that is…
And here’s to a peaceful, prosperous and fun-filled 2010 – happy travels!
Lots of love from The LUXE Editors, TTFN!

The perfect pick up
Do you do Kudu? You bet your bippy you do when it’s fresh from the Tusting’s tree. While a jaunty jetsome long haul means we’re slaves to our suitcases, we’re repeat offenders for a chic weekender and nothing fits the bill like the divine Tusting Explorer…

BY The LUXE Editors
It's a big chicken, get over it
Without exception there is no more misunderstood or feared dish than Roast Turkey. Each year our (de)feathered friends slump from fridge to roasting pan and in those few short inches seemingly gobble up all our kitchen confidence in one fell swoop. And for why? Here’s the perfect and SIMPLE way to a moist bird and a happy ball and chain. And remember, when Daddy’s happy, you’ve every chance of a second helping of stuffing later.

Cosy and quirky at Crosby St Hotel
The opening of the Crosby Street Hotel in the coolest part of Soho reaffirms what clued-in New Yorkers already knew, there’s the completely commercial open air mall that most of Soho has become, and then there’s Crosby St, lined with the area’s best independent stores and concentration of gorgeousity, seemingly separated by Broadway from the Starbucks and SUV crowd.

And all through the house, nothing was stirring, not even a blue leopard…
London’s fashion elite have long embraced Mayfair’s art deco icon Claridge’s hotel, and this Christmas she’s giving a little back to the pack by opening her stately bosom to Brit bad boy designer extraordinaire John Gallliano for Dior, and his phantasmagoric festive tree. Scary chic, c’est very chic.
